Head Unit Won’t Turn off With Key for Volkswagen Head Unit?

Please look on the harness we supplied, which should all be connected to your vehicle. On this harness, there is a tiny black clip plug (usually has a red and orange wire) - make sure this plug is disconnected. With the CANBUS box connected to the harness, this means the tiny black plug should always be disconnected.
