WiFi or Hotspot Connection Not Working?

1. First, ensure the date and time on the head unit is exactly the same as the date and time on your phone - this is crucial for connection. 

2. Then, do a Google search on the head unit to confirm if you are connected. 

3. If you are still having connectivity issues, click the pink RESET app on the unit and try again
